You couldn't dream this one up. UCONN- With Calhoun's health problems this could be his final go-round. With possible recruiting violations that could guarantee it. MSU- Carrying the hopes of a beleagured state on it's shoulders with one of the finest tournament coaches in history. As the home team, Final Four attendance records should be shattered. Villanova- The lowest seed still left. Although, not an eighth-seeded team like the legendary team of 1985, they will still be heavy underdogs. NC- The team that should not lose. Deep and talented, they are the heavy favorites. All in the city which is the face of America's economic crisis. A better storyline than "Hoosiers". It just might get GM off the front pages in Detroit, if only for a couple of days. Sports fan or not, if you're not in to this deal than you ain't ALIVE!!! Bring it on!

But as far as the backdrop is concerned, I can't remember the host city being as big of a storyline as the event itself. Certainly not in Final Four history. You have to start thinking in sports history.
