so, big win for Liverpool (and the red shown to Materazzi will help in Milan) and the rreally big away goal for Real.

you gotta think that the favourites now are Porto (going home down 1-0? they'll take it) Chelsea, Real and Liverpool, no?

1. Second yellow sure was cheap

Inter deserved a better fate, but Liverpool came up with the two late goals, they should go through.

2. hard to work up much sympathy

for materazzi, I must say. But the second one had to be a card,; you can't hold a jersey as the guy goes by you to give up a scoring chance.

3. Iwatched the Liverpool game last night

I put it on full fast forward TiVO so I can watch an entire game in about 2 minutes (with stoppage for goals)

The funny way to do it is at middle fast forward the ball pops up in the air ....and dribbles along the ground and everyone is superduper quick.
