Another Sunday of football, and again I'm shocked, I tell you, shocked!

I was sort of picking Pittsburgh, but I thought it would be a close game.

I live in Denver, and I haven't seen much of the game--went to the gym because I knew I'd have it to myself when I did. Caught part of the first half--the staff were very depressed already.

Played like Jake Plummer.

Jake the fake reared his ugly head today.

Or is just barely over the flu?

3. Like I said, didn't really see the game, but he seems to have rallied

them a bit in the second half. Too bad, because this just makes the myth of the Republican John Elway all the greater.

4. Hall of Shame was drunk during the 1986 playoff game against the Steelers

which was played in Denver. Also, the broncos regular season record: 13-3. Elway was knocked out of the game but had to return when the other QB was injured. Elway wore a bandage and it looked like a diaper. Over the years he had many many bad games and the broncos won the superbowl only because of T. Davis.

5. Yeah, people tend to forget that the two Super Bowl wins were not

John's best games...it was a combination of coaching, and Terrell that made it happen. John didn't bomb out, but it wasn't like they won only because of him.
