And as I said to my friend on the phone, it really has nothing to do with the fact I'm an Angels fan, and so therefore biased. It was a total BS call, and as a sports fan, I get disgusted when I see a call which is so totally incorrect that it decides a critical game.

He cheated, got away with it. That's really the bottom line. These umps are trying to cover their asses. They would make excellent politicians. It only took them an hour to prepare their "story" and statements for that press conference. Umm...errr....the ball hit the ground. If you supersize it under a 1,000,000 X electron microscope, you can see a partical of dirt fly from the ground. What a joke!
