Yanks fold Sox -- 3 games to 1 -- behind Al Leiter . . .

yup, you heard it right . . . Al Leiter pitched a GREAT game against the Sox last night, and brought the Yankees to within a half game of the Red Sox in the AL East . . . and all he cost the Yanks was four hundred grand and a player to be named later . . . Leiter struck out the side in the first, and gave up only one run in 6-1/3 innings . . . final score: Yankees 5, Red Sox 3 . . .

looks like the Bombers caught themselves some "Leitning in a bottle," huh? . . . :)

3. Let's go Yankees...
I've had the pleasure of being in Boston during this series... And wearing my A-Rod jersey and Yankees' hat, people would stare at me... And I would smile back... And they couldn't make eye contact with me. :)

5. As an neutral observer (more or less)
it was a great game to watch. You got to admit, you were probably a little nervous there in the Bot 9. they made a game of it.
