Top 50 QBs for College Football 2010
Any ranking list generates disagreement, but I've never understood the hype around Terrelle Pryor. I've watched him a few games and thought "he's okay, but nothing special". Maybe I've watched the wrong games.

Brantley of Florida and Newton of Auburn in the top 10 and they've never even started?

The one kid I do think will be impressive is Harris from Miami. Hate the Hurricanes but that kid will be special if he has a good work ethic.

3. In Pryor's case
alot of the hype was from high school. He was one of the most sought after players in PA.

5. That makes sense for his freshman and maybe sophomore years
How long does High School hype live on?

I've never seen him as anything than an average big conference QB. Has some nice highlight clips, might pull out a game, has some bad performances too.

Just don't understand why people think he's a Heisman candidate.

9. That really has to do with the way Tressel used him. The offense was
not geared around Pryor his first two years. Look for that to change this year.

8. Oregon QB Masoli dismissed from team
http://www.seattlepi.com/scorecard/cfootballnews.asp?articleID=282004

Eugene, OR (Sports Network) - Oregon Ducks quarterback Jeremiah Masoli was dismissed from the football program on Wednesday for failing to adhere to obligations outlined by head coach Chip Kelly which stemmed from Masoli's guilty plea to charges of second-degree burglary in March.

7. I've seen Josh Nesbitt play. And whatever you may hear, he's got it.
No, he doesn't have a pro's arm. But he has every intangible, starting with leadership and toughness. Georgia Tech will be a top ten team, I think, so before the end of the season he'll get noticed.
