2. I´d like to see some of their games (or parts)
so I can ´imagine´ how WVU might do against them Friday, mad.

5. The game is at 7:27 PM EDT on Thursday the 25th.
The Huskies will try to keep up the pace of the game because they can't match up well one-on-one with the Mountaineers. But WVU has too much talent on the offensive end and Washington won't be able to keep up. Final score: Mountaineers 74, Huskies 69

7. THanks, Lasher!
Really wanted such a clue, as don't think I've ever seen Huskies play! And I've got no one to bet with here! Good thing!

9. but but but
'If West Virginia is going to make its first Final Four in more than five decades, it will have to find a way to get two more wins without its starting point guard.

Sophomore Truck Bryant broke a bone in his right foot in practice on Tuesday, a blow to the Mountaineers at what is already their weakest position. Ultra-tough Joe Mazzulla will start in Bryant's place for the rest of the NCAA tournament, beginning in Thursday's Sweet 16 game against Washington.'

11. Ouch, not good.
There goes some of our depth. Who know, even game now? Wish a Huskies fan would weigh in. I have not so far found a live stream for you but I'm certain several of those will be evident tomorrow if not sooner.

13. Thanks so much!
I do expect I'll get it direct from CBS, unless there's another game playing at the same time. Is there? They played what they thought were games of 'local interest' here in the DC area, thinking, I guess, WHO IN THAT ZONE would care about WEST VIRGINIA!!!!!

AND I'll get it on radio! There's an A.M. station here, which is dedicated to WVU! FUN to be in car, listening to such games during the regular season!

14. Syracuse plays at 7 PM tomorrow.
Edited on Wed Mar-24-10 12:10 PM by Lasher
I don't know if they'll switch to the WVU game at 7:27 in the DC area but I wouldn't be surprised if they were to stick with Syracuse.

Edit to furnish this link to a bracket.

22. Syracuse plays Butler at 7:07 PM
WVU plays Washington at 7:27
Xavier vs. Kansas St. at 9:37
Kentucky vs. Cornell at 9:57

It's all in the bracket I linked upthread. Here is another version of the bracket. This one has links to where I do believe you'll be able to watch a live stream of the games today.

24. You owe me bigtime.
Hit the last link I furnished upthread. Then click on the box that reflects today's game. When the box comes up, click on 'Watch this game". Endure the 15 second commercial. You will then be where you can watch a live stream of tonight's game.

Until the game starts you can click on "Stats" in the box that shows WVU and the cute little doggie we're gonna take to the woodshed. Once there you can watch a video preview of the game and read a print version of same. Kinda like having a virtual program of the game.

Program! Program! Git yer program right h'yar!

Never know what way that roundball might bounce.

16. Very true, but I WANT Washington to lose...I lived in Seattle and before that
I wouldn't have cared...but if you live in a city where the home team is not your team, you get so tired of the BS in the newspapers and on tv you turn against that team!!!!

17. We're very glad you left Washington state then joey..
Edited on Wed Mar-24-10 01:16 PM by Upton
though I can understand a little bit of what you're saying...I don't hate the Mariners but I've heard enough BS about that washed up has been Ken Griffey Jr to last me 10 lifetimes.

I thought he was gone for good once, but the Mariners brought the old man back for a PR go around. Then they bat Griffey fourth last year, where he hit a rousing .215. So where do they bat him in spring training this year?...Fourth again, where as of yesterday he was batting .150
