The New England Patriots have released receiver Joey Galloway, according to multiple media reports.
Galloway told Steve Duemig of WDAE in Tampa that he’s now an unrestricted free agent and free to sign elsewhere, per Mike Florio of ProFootballTalk.com.
Galloway signed with the Patriots this offseason. He was inactive for the Patriots’ past three games, but in the three games he did appear in, he caught seven passes for 67 yards.
