12 in a row. 7-0. Iowa wins again
and extends their winning streak to 12 in a row, dating back to last season. They are in first place in the Big 10 (11) all alone. Five more to go. GO HAWKS! Little known fact; the Hawks have never been 8-0. Ever. So here's hoping that they will be next week. I repeat, GO HAWKS!

3. Sounds good to me, but
I thought the National Championship was decided at the SEC Championship Game.

Except for the sluts of florida who have to depend on the refs to win close games at home, which prostitutes the whole institution.

5. Arkansas missed a field goal and couldn't stop Florida on a clean drive afterwards
Plus the officiating wasn't the bad. Still, Arkansas had plenty of chances but failed to capitalize on them.

4. We're not talking that just yet
Besides, I believe that if Iowa somehow does manage to go undefeated, there is no way the bcs or any other poll will rank them any higher than three and maybe even four. See, the Hawks don't win pretty, they just win.

7. Unless there is 2 other undefeated teams *not counting Boise St*
Edited on Sat Oct-17-09 07:11 PM by JonLP24
Iowa will get in. There is still 7 weeks left and if Iowa doesn't lose they will just keep moving up.

Besides I was just trying to bait Bosshog with that post but I really have no clue considering there is a lot of football to be played.

8. Why you rascally baitor
Prediction. If Iowa plays an SEC team for the national championship, Iowa will get their ass kicked. If Iowa were in the SEC they wouldn't be undefeated and there would be no hopes of a BCS bid.

Bookmark this post and I hope that if Iowa plays Florida, Iowa kicks Ass.

9. BOSSHOG: Happy and I were rooting for ya.
Seems like the powers to be didn't want an upset. I know moral victories suck. But, damn. You should be damn proud. Well done, sir.

13. Hey Condem
I'll take the moral victory. In my household, Hogs kicked some Gator Butt and in the deep recesses of Meyer's mind he knows so too.

11. I know

I was trying to antagonize BOSSHOG more than anything and there is still plenty of football left to be played. A win at Happy Valley shows this team is capable of pulling out the win in East Lansing as well. Until then congrats to your team. :toast:

14. Hawks have the third hardest schedule in the nation, Texas 34th...
Yep that means Texas is better then Iowa, them and their 0 ranked victories...
