Humanity survives death of the universe - with GOD?

The universe is destined to end. Before it does, could an advanced civilisation escape via a "wormhole" into a parallel universe? The idea seems like science fiction, but it is consistent with the laws of physics and biology. Here's how to do it by Michio Kaku
=================================================================
Interesting Article - Wish I knew what was the big bang string theory variation that is searched for to prove string theory. And the author saying "wormholes" connect universes when "Einstein-Rosen bridges" can be thought of as connecting two regions of flat spacetime; two universes, or two parts of the same universe, is disturbing........And the search for real infinite dimensions beyond our 4 to verify string theory is interesting (the 6 dimension "curl" (Calabi-Yau manifold) string theory may be moving to M-theory where higher dimensions can be large, or even infinite, in size because the dimensions are "parallel"!).........I hope the LHC's exotic particles do show a few mini-black holes and supersymmetric particles - but again this is "indirect evidence for string theory" until they find those super-partners, and again so-what beyond verifying string theory........I wish they would have explained how string thory predicted a big bang senario that could be detected by the the space-based gravity wave detector Lisa (laser interferometer space antenna) that will be sent into orbit in 2012......And I like the statement that what happens if one falls through the Kerr ring is a matter for debate. As stated, Hawking's latest thinking is that information is not totally lost, but damn if I know what that means!

But getting back to God -

Hawking has since his illness been trying to take creation out from God's duties - and this article says there is a "free lunch" of a Baby universe created "naturally" via false vacuum, like zero point energy, or "the positive energy of matter canceling out the negative energy of gravity" - but these are assertions - indeed religious - that both can not be verified - and if verified only result in pushing a creator GOD back many cycles as we pass an atomic-sized "seed" through the wormhole each time before our Universe ends capable of regenerating the civilisation on the other side in the new universe, and so on and so on.

You still have a creator God - albeit you do have a new religion.

1. I could label a cabbage "God" just as easily.
And it would be just as meaningful.

3. ? creation was started by a cabbage -- seems as provable as string theory
:-)

4. More provable than "god," that's for sure.

2. i love this stuff!!
so interesting! Do you know that the human subconscious does not recognize time or space? The whole concept of space/time is amazingly intreging..but except for the sleeping state, i think we will have to leave our limited bodies..and the limited body senses in order to completely understand it...since it really is beyond understanding given our limited body ability to understand what we cannot experience with our body.

Jesus escaped through a wormhole, according to the author of THE RESURRECTION OF THE SHROUD.
