Links to "gay affirming" churches made them invoke the law they hate most. Dominion will have to wait, some things are just too important:
HARTFORD — - The state Department of Children and Families has removed from its website church-related links to "open and affirming" churches after a group threatened legal action.
"We thought it was appropriate to take these down from our website. ... Concerns over the separation of church and state did come into play," department spokesman Josh Howroyd said Wednesday.
The Family Institute of Connecticut said such links clearly violate both the First Amendment and parental rights and had asked for them to be removed. The group, represented by the American Center for Law and Justice, a nonprofit law firm founded by evangelist Pat Robertson and specializing in constitutional law, threatened to sue.
"We said all along that if same-sex marriage was imposed in Connecticut, the next thing that would happen would be an effort to re-educate Connecticut children," said Peter Wolfgang, executive director of the family institute. "That's what today's victory was all about: making sure they don't try and re-indoctrinate children into accepting lifestyles and beliefs that their parents are utterly opposed to."...

The links have been decoupled from the rest of the site, but they're still there if you want to see what got the fundies so bent they threatened to shoot themselves in the head:
