4. Two larger than life talents.
I have nothing but respect for the artistry of both of these men. They are from two very different musical genres; but I, and countless others, would argue that music is a universal language fully able to withstand the melding of multiple styles.

One thing I found to be fascinating about this performance is the way the two styles meshed this song into a whole new thing. Switching back and forth between soul and opera reminded me of the genre bending "Another Way to Die," the theme song from the latest James Bond movie.
