1. I stayed. I ended up being the only person in the theater
God, an Avengers movie would be off the hook.

Just tell that first Ultimates story where the Hulk goes on the rampage. That would be a killer movie.

2. they're waiting
until they get the Hulk, Ant Man, and Thor movies done, and then The Avengers will follow. Hopefully won't take as long as it looks. I want The Avengers NOW!! If you haven't heard, Tony Stark makes a cameo in The Incredible Hulk, due next month. There's a scene with Thunderbolt Ross meeting with Tony about the Hulk. Tony says "I hear you have a problem." and Ross says "I hear you have problems of your own." or something like that.

4. Yeah, I heard about that.
Boy, it's really looking like it was a good idea for Marvel to take a firmer hand in the production of their movie line. They are really putting together a nice movie "universe."

I'd be nice to see better stuff on the FF (and frankly Spider-man) side, but really FF is a pretty campy concept so you kinda just have to live with what you get. I've become resigned to the fact that Spider-Man is likely to suck until the inevitable re-boot.

The Hulk preview looked terrific.

5. As I watched all the people filing out of the theater
I wanted to yell out "STOP!! YOU'RE GOING TO MISS SOMETHING COOL!" But I didn't, and I'm sure my wife is grateful of that. Happy to pass it on.

7. In the Ultimate Universe from Marvel,
(an alternate line of comics representing their characters), Nick Fury in the Ultimates book (a revamp of the Avengers)is drawn to look just like Samuel Jackson. This was a big shout to all the fans of the comic.

9. I haven't seen it yet, but....
We always stay to watch all the credits for every film now, ever since seeing the ending of the first Spiderman film, and the scene at the end of the first Pirates of the Caribbean.
