"The Chicago Way" by Michael Harvey
I just finished reading this excellent crime novel. This is a debut novel from an excellent writer...the writing is reminiscent of a latter day Raymond Chandler.

If you want to read a good crime novel, I do recommend this.

4. Just finished this one. Class hard-boiled crime novel. Very good.
Love all the Chicago references, landmarks, streets, etc. that the author uses.

5. I want to go there.
I've only flown into the airport and recently I flew in during the daytime when the sun was out over the Great Lake. I once planned a trip on the Amtrac train but didn't have enough vacation days to cover it. I wanted to check out the Blues there. I just discovered Nelson Aglren thanks to Studs Trekel mentioning him in his biography "Touch and Go". I'll check out the book, thanks.
