1. and the ball starts rolling
albeit slowly. They didn't hit the false numbers or the poll tapes trashed. They definitely got in the "too late sour grapes" shot though, early enough in the article to sway a (avg) reader reading the last half to view it in a more negative way.

3. What hack news report in the Daytona News Journal

Looks like major editorial effort to confuse the issue in the minds of the public.

But its a start, now the issue must be forced upon the corporate mediawhores.... time to rage, rage against the machine that would smother it.

Filing legal papers late is not good, yes... hopefully the judge will allow the case to be heard anyway although they don't have to. Someone should have filed a complaint and then an amended complaint or some sort of request for an extension of time... I don't know what legal motion that would be.
