Evidentary Standard. What Level of Fraud is Required to
Invalidate the Election?

What is the standard? A preponderance of evidence, or beyond a reasonable doubt?

3. I have been wordering where the County Prosecuters are..
The standard in criminal cases is "beyond a reasonable doubt", I believe we have enough evidence, witnesses, pollbooks, and stastical analysis to rise to that level.

4. convince the people
i think if you can convince the people that there was fraud then public pressure will overwhelm legal technicalities.

i think we should get something together to send off to the OSCE, the european election monitoring group who have given a preliminary report - http://www.osce.org/news/show_news.php?id=4505 - but they need to be made aware of the things we now know.

6. Absolutely
I completely agree this will first turn in the court of public opinion. Once we have proof of fraud, it will become a story and it will get covered in the news.

That is why the stat analysis and the recounts aren't lighting any media fires...it's all just debate and counting.

Fraud - fire - murder !!! Now we've got somethin'

Also, the general public is not going to like bushrove telling them how to vote. They will lose their apparent popular support pretty quickly. All it needs to do is drop ten points and it's over.

7. Enough to convince the EC
I don't think you are going to get any legal traction with the notion of invalidating the election on anything but a state by state basis. With that all you will accomplish is getting those states to not send electors to the EC.

Going that road leads us to the point where we would either need to convince GOP electors to switch sides (something that is only likely if neither side has the votes to win) or by some miracle Congress elects Kerry when the EC fails to produce a majority.

8. Heres the thing, we need to recount the Senate and House Races
To

If a state's electors are contested Congress decides.
The Senate Races have the same problem as the Presidential Race.
We need to get those senate races Recounted!!
