Activist Clint Curtis marrying and moving with new wife to California
Dear Friends:
I would like to invite you to my wedding, I am marrying a girl, Jody, which I have been friends with for many years. Some of you may have met her during the Congressional Campaign. This will be a combination wedding and farewell gathering as I will be moving to California in the early part of next year. I think that I may be able to accomplish more than I would be able to in Florida.

Throughout the campaign and working on the various issues that were important to us, I have made many friends. Far too many of you have touched my life for me not to share this very important moment with you.

The wedding will be on the 14th of November, 2009. If you are available and would like to attend please e-mail me at [email protected] or write me at Clint Curtis, PO Box 1456, Titusville, FL. 32781. The location will depend on the number of people who would like to attend.

The location will be in Central Florida somewhere in or near District 24. Those that notify me that they would like to attend will be notified with the location as it becomes final. You all have been an important part of my life and I would find it an honor to share this very special moment with you.

Sincerely,
ClintCurtis {at} ClintCurtis.com

Clint Curtis

Robin Williams Interview, Man of the Year
Movie Man of the Year (2006) Posted By: Sheila Roberts

......Now in his new comedy, "Man of the Year," the writer-director asks us to ponder a "what-if" scenario that doesn’t seem so far-fetched in 2006: what would happen if a computer voting error allowed one of the nation’s funniest men to become its president? On October 13, 2006, Oscar winner Robin Williams reunites with the filmmaker to answer just that question.

As we rapidly approach November 7 and the mid-term elections, Levinson explores the convergence of U.S. politics and pop culture events of the past decade – savvy pro-wrestlers and muscle-bound action stars have moved into governors’ mansions while millions of Americans receive their nightly news from wisecracking talk-show hosts…not the stern newscasters of the past. In "Man of the Year," he brings a cast – all of whom understand that this blurry division is not an alien concept for a media-devouring country – to erase the fine line between entertainment and government.

With his razor-sharp wit and signature style, Williams plays acerbic performer Tom Dobbs, a guy who has made a career out of skewering politicians and speaking the mind of the exasperated nation on his talk show. He cracks jokes at a fractured system night after night…until he comes up with a really funny idea: why not run for president himself? Welcome to the story of one entertainers’ accidental rise to power....

..............

Best of luck to Clint and his future in CA. I personally voted for him in FL and I understand what a huge battle he put up against some very powerful people. I think history will be Clint's judge and he will be proven a hero!
