Are We Talking About Exit Polls Being Off, Internal Polls Off, Day Tracking Polls Wrong & DIEBOLD?
chuck todd on msnbc said obama's internal polls showed him ahead of clinton by 12% and clinton's internal polls showed her down from obama by 8%
(if i'm slightly wrong about those numbers, i'm close enough)

the daily tracking polls showed him WAY ahead

the exit polls showed him slightly ahead

and the votes were counted on DIEBOLD opti-scans??

(does this ring a distant bell)

A suggestion
If it's been stolen, it's not necessarily been stolen by the Clinton team.
The Busheviks want very much to run against her--and want least of all
to run against Edwards.

We should be looking into John Silvestro...

7. i just saw your thread, and posted back to someone on it.
i am really freaked out by what happened w/these polls tonight. did you hear chuck todd talking to olbermann saying that even obama's and clinton's internal polls were wrong because they BOTH showed obama ahead by 12 & 8%

3. Exit polls showed him behind.
http://www.cnn.com/ELECTION/2008/primaries/results/epolls/index.html#NHDEM

Hillary's percentage difference with female voters was larger than Obama's was with male voters.

57% of voters were women.

Advantage, Hillary.

6. I heard on MSNBS that the exit polls
tracked the results fairly closely. But I have no independent data in that regard. Prudence suggests we keep an eye on that, just on general principles.

8. Don't forget that networks "adjust" their exit polls
to reflect final vote tallies. That's what they did in 2004.

12. More recently
MSNBS is saying the exit polls indicate Barack should have won. Go figure. I think this serves mostly to illustrate just how crappy a job the cable news media is doing covering this campaign and the issues.

10. There is another option, which is simple computer error.
That said, I don't really doubt the results, knowing how New Hampshire behaves, but everything is worth checking out. Particularly if it helps get rid of unreliable voting gear.
