32. Me, a GOP Stepford Wife? OVER MY DEAD BODY
The sad reality that we ARE NOT united as a country. I will NEVER follow/unite with a party that LIES, LIES, LIES, claims "compassion" in an Orwellian way, seeks to own my uterus, bashes the poor, kill TENS OF THOUSANDS of civilians and thumbs it nose at the rest of the world!
If indeed there is a majority that makes * president, among them are the delusional, fundamentalists (see the former), and SHIT-FOR-BRAINS sheep, who are clueless about the consequences for their actions.
Another 4 years of * WILL DRIVE THIS COUNTRY OFF A CLIFF.

. . .although it's looking like we'll keep Michigan.

My count tho, right now, sez 70, and possibly 80 more EVs for the Chimp.

204 + 70 is a win. A consistent 51-52% to 47-48% is a win.

It's just not OUR win, and I'm damned if I know why. . . .

31. They can secede and keep the red states
Clearly they're not going anywhere, and there is no point in
reasoning with zombie brainwashed cult believers.

When the blue-state nation cuts off their subsidies, they'll come
to question the wisdom of thier actions, only after a long decline
and losing everything they have... only then will they come to
question why it "had" to be so.

What is the point of willingly accepting a curse voted on us by
states that are welfare queens. It strikes me that you're being
a pollyanna, and maybe the best thing is to break the federal
country up so that we can have self determination.

I'm feeling less pessimistic now, but of course, it's a roller coaster. I think Kerry will lose Florida (where the fix is in) but win Ohio. And that will be enough to win him the White House. Legitimately. (I could be wrong.)

45. Are we entering into a possibly very dark period ?
How come the rest of the world can see what criminals Bush, Rove, etc. are but the very people they are screwing are trying to put them back in office? Major tax breaks for corporations and the rich, big deals to screw all of us on oil and medications, refusal to raise the minimum wage, the cost of health care, and on and on. Bush is a war monger, sending our youth to be killed for his oil empire. The rest of the world hates us or thinks we're stupid. I can't believe it. I am terrified to think what * will come up with now. He already thinks God talks to him and he has said he doesn't have to answer to anybody. We may be entering into what will be a very dark period in American History. Did Hitler start this way? The bible warns Christians to be discerning. Bush certainly doesn't act like a Christian!

47. yes HItler started this way.
Fear, purposely creating economic and social chaos. Division, identifying an outside enemy...etc etc. Using Christianity as a support for nationalism.

Just saw History channel story about Stalin. The very people he was working to death in the gulags idolized him and wrote to him to save them. They had no idea. He worked very hard to show an image as a man of the people.

People are easily fooled.

somehow, Kerry has GOT to win. Maybe after legal battles we'll win in December.

49. The world can pull the plug on Bush the moment they find the resolve
or their worries about profitability overwhelm their faith in the American economy (which is also happening).

Remember, Bush is supporting his pretend empire entirely on credit, and his pretend empire is going bankrupt. One of the next steps, if this election is stolen, is to get Europe and Asia to pull the plug on the lines of credit. The financial collapse of his imaginary empire combined with resistance from within will topple this regime.

wins this, but it greatly saddens me that so many people are so stupid/lazy/complacent/uncaring that they would even THINK about voting for Bush. I will absolutely march in the streets if Bush and his criminals steal this one. I am not sure right now if I am willing to be arrested for the cause. I may lose my livelihood if I am arrested. Geez...this is so sad. Even if Kerry wins, I will NEVER overestimate the American people's intelligence or political savvy.

It never resembles earlier versions of itself. And it fools the majority of the people more often than not. Few populations can see through it. Apparently, including us...
the USA.

Look at the lies we've been told since 9/11. Now look at the still 45% of the people still belive Saddam masterminded it. Ministry of Truth anyone?

This mayhave been our last chance. Now, it just might have to run it's course.

They also have to fight the media propaganda machine...which YOU have apparently bought hook, line and sinker. They'd just love for you to blame yourselves.

People did their job and registered, worked hard for the vote, and turned out en masse.

However, many have difficulty accepting the possibility of this level of abuse and fraud...even after all we've seen and experienced with the GOP over these 4 long years.
