Electronic Vote Switching from Kerry to Bush: A Descriptive Summary
This is a cross-post to a description of electronic vote switching reports that I gathered from the national Electronic Incidence Reporting System (EIRS) database:

In addition to the summary report, I link to an appendix that includes a copy of each of the 87 electronic vote switching reports that favored Bush (and the other reports as well).

At the end of my summary report I allude to the recent revelations of Dieb Throat made on the Brad Blog, but I don't really know how to make the connection very well. For one thing, only a minority of the electronic vote switching reports came from voters who voted on Diebold machines (though there appear to be strong connections between the different voting machine companies). Also, the revelations of Dieb Throat may be more applicable to central tabulators than to the individual machines described in my EIRS report.

Anyhow, if anyone can help in making that connection I think it would be very worth while to do so.
