It's real easy. Choose the format; copy and paste each of the 4 sets of email addresses, one at a time, onto the BCC line of a blank message in your email program (suggested), put your own email address on the "to" line, write your subject line, compose your message (in your own email program) and send. Do it 4 times, for each set of addresses.

Thanks PP for giving a more detailed explanation of how to use it. I'm so "close" to it, that it's hard to relate to what needs to be explained as to how to use it. ;)
