1. So at 4pm eastern time Kerry had a lead in every break out.
Does the fixing of the #s start from 4pm est on or is it an all day affair. What I mean to ask is...If there was fraud ( I think there was) is the fix in from as soon as the polls open or are the numbers reviewed so to make the necessary adjustments??? ofcourse these are exit poll numbers so they would not show any fix!!

well as always continue the good work....there is always hope that one day I and my family will live in a true democracy!
