Youth vote DID Spike

People, some of you are saying that youth vote is disappointing b/c it only increased from 10% to 17%.

People, that's NOT youth turnout, that's percentage of the total vote. In 2000 about 35% of youth voted, comprising 10% of the electorate. This year it's 17% of the electorate.

That IS a good number.
