They lay it out pretty simply.

Three biggies:

Easily changed (vote counts can be modified easily and in an untraceable way through the central tabulator -- central tabulator is where all the votes are sent after being cast in individual precincts). The change is virtually untraceable with no paper backup - or receipt.

Security holes in the central tabulator software that are significant, and allow for hacking from the outside.

Owned by a small handful of private companies that have zero accountability (and is also republican leaning).
