Joe Biden (Delaware Senator) to Rice (earlier today)
Edited on Tue Jan-18-05 06:49 PM by RaulVB
In the question of the "number of insurgents on Iraq":

- Biden:

"You and other officials have talked about over 100.000 insurgents on Iraq...the military says that there are no more than 10.000, in fact...I would encourage you to pick up the phone and ask those people about your numbers..."

Niiiiice!!!

1. Biden Is Dynamic...
If you ever have had the opportunity to listen to Biden at a speaking engagement, or get the chance, don't pass it up. He's simply the most dynamic speaker I've ever listened to in person. Okay, maybe Bill Clinton is better, but really, it's too close to call.
