and the staffer said Senator Wyden wouldn't provide an offical answer as to whether he'd stand with other Democrats (and Republicans) who are objecting to the election results. I told the staffer myself and husband were staunch DEMOCRATS and we hoped he would stand up against the VOTE FRAUD and make sure EVERY VOTE COUNTS!

EVERYONE Call Senator Ron Wyden: 202-224-5244 today and ask him to join Representative Conyers in challenging the 2004 voting process. With your support, he can step forward and force this important debate. Just call:

Senator Ron Wyden: 202-224-5244

I also reminded the staffer....hubby and I would remember whether Sen Wyden would take this important stand against vote fraud!

9. I phoned the Portland number. The staffer was "nicer" than the the
staffer in his WA dc office. She would not state either if Sen Wyden was supporting the vote Fraud tomorrow.

I'm going nuts wondering if ANY Senator will stand with the Dems from the House.

11. I phoned, too.
Very cool. I campaigned for Wyden (muffled) years ago, and I really think if there is anyone we can count on, it would be him.

8. Ron's the man!
Called his office in DC an hour ago. We have another senator too, Gordon Smith, an actual Republican moderate. Maybe he's game to?

10. Gordon Smith is a jerk.
Edited on Wed Jan-05-05 06:20 PM by pbartch
I called his office and wrote him from his website about objecting to Gonzonales. He wrote me back and said that Gonzonales is a HONORABLE STAND UP GUY.

I wish Gordon Smith would vanish from the face of the earth.

12. Gordon Smith
Back in my fundy days I distributed Christian Voting Guides to area churches, and if memory serves, Gordon Smith was on their "A" list. That's enough for me to not expect much of him now.
