Not even on the topics list

I just used the senate.gov forms to e-mail my senators (Clinton and Schumer). On the form, you are asked to select a subject from a drop-down list. Clinton's list allows for "other", Schumer's requires you to choose something. I chose Human Rights.

Neither included "election reform" or "election irregularities" as a topic. It doesn't register at all...

1. I've used civil rights, and crime before to email them.

Election fraud fits into those categories well, I think. Human rights are ALSO a good heading.

Those pull-down menus relate to each senator's committee assignments and pet projects, they have been in place for a while now. Each senator has their own individual list.

When new issues come into public awareness, over time a senator will add a topic to the list. It takes a little time, though, and election reform is still a new issue. Givethem some time.

In the meantime, you did the right thing by chosing "other" and a related topic title.
