3. This wasn't really confirmed...
According to Will Pitt... Boxer won't reveal until Thurs...but she's certainly considering it.

7. DON"T LET THIS MAKE YOU COMPLACENT - FAX YOUR SENATOR
Super easy - just click on link. It's set up with a letter and names of "friendly"senators.

9. While it's not really a definite, I did love reading the other
article which I missed since it was probably posted on DU. This ending is priceless:

"The Advocate contends that this is a stunning new development in the Votergate saga, as the position of the Washington State Republican Party makes it impossible for conservatives to now claim that contests of election and calls for re-votes are exclusively the penchant of progressives. Indeed, any party which considers itself to have been wronged by voting irregularities is likely to make precisely such a challenge, and precisely such a demand in response. There can be no question that the position of Rossi and Washington state Republicans is directly and richly applicable to Ohio.

The Advocate applauds what now appears to be, in principle at least, bi-partisan support for a challenge of the official certification of the presidential election. To quote Rossi once more -- for once is not enough -- "you shouldn't be able to certify the election with 3,500 mystery voters."

If true for Washington, then true for Ohio."

I just loved it :)
