FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE AND INVESTIGATION:

More Votes than Voters in Ohio:

Absentee Vote Inflated, Certified Vote in Doubt

A careful review of the absentee vote in one Ohio county revealed that many more absentee votes were cast than there were absentee voters identified.

All absentee voters must be identified as such by name and residence in the precinct poll books of the precinct in which they are registered. Over 100 precinct poll books in Trumbull County were checked for absentee voters and that number of actual absentee voters was compared to the certified number of absentee votes. There was an inflated difference in nearly every precinct of the five communities examined. The five communities whose poll books were carefully inspected for an absentee vote overcount are: Warren City (311), Howland TownshipThe 106 precincts of these five Ohio communities, about 39% of all precincts in Trumbull County, netted a total of 580 absentee votes for which there were no absentee voters identified in the poll books.

“When there are more votes than voters, there is a big problem” stated Dr. Werner Lange, author of this study which would have been completed weeks earlier if Ohio Secretary of State Kenneth Blackwell, co-chair of the Ohio Bush-Cheney campaign, had not unlawfully ordered all 88 boards of elections to prevent public inspection of poll books until after certification of the vote.

The absentee vote inflation rate for these five communities averages 5.5 fradulent voters per precinct. If this pattern of inflated absentee votes holds for all of Ohio’s 11,366 precincts, then there were some 62,513 absentee votes in Ohio up for grabs in the last election. Who grabbed them and how they did so should be the subject of an immediate congressional investigation.

Key Findings:

1. 580 votes attributed to absentee voters in these five communities had no record in the precinct poll books of the identity of the voter.

2. Only five precincts had a certified absentee vote that was equivalent to the number of identified absentee voters in the precinct poll book. The five are: Warren 2F; Howland D; Cortland E; and Girard 4A and 2A.

3. An overcount of exactly 10 absentee votes was unusually common. 17 precincts showed 10 more absentee votes than there were identified absentee voters. The 17 are:

Warren 1K; 1L; 3E; 3K; 4A; 5F; 5G; 5H; 6B; 7C; Howland A, K, N, P, S; and Cortland D and G.

Discussion:

Absentee voters, like any other registered voters, must have their name and address appear in the poll book of the precinct in which they reside and vote. No legitimate absentee ballot can be cast without the name of the registered absentee voter appearing in the precinct poll book. If application for an absentee ballot is made in a timely fashion, then “absentee voter” appears in bold print within the signature box of that voter. If the request for an absentee ballot comes close to the election, then evidently those words or similar ones are handwritten within the signature box. Also, if the registered absentee voter chooses to vote at the Trumbull Board of Elections, then this information is shared with precinct poll workers who are to write in “absentee voter”

For this study, both the printed and written absentee voter identification were verified for each of the 106 precincts carefully scrutinized. The actual total number of identified absentee voters appears in column B3. Board of Election officials mark the certified absentee vote in red ink on the cover of the poll book as well as on the Reconciliation Certificate found within it, often changing the number which appeared on the cover in black ink. The number of absentee votes counted and certified appears in column A. If there is a higher number in column B3 than A, then not all persons receiving an absentee ballot returned them or some other legitimate reason can explain the difference.

If there is a higher number in column A than in column B3 – as happened in nearly every precinct examined – then there must have been more absentee votes cast than there were absentee voters identified in the poll books. This glaring discrepancy cries out for an explanation and investigation. There cannot and must not be more votes than voters in any legitimate election.

Conclusion:

If this pattern of overcounting absentee votes is a statewide one, then tens of thousands of phoney absentee votes were up for grabs in Ohio. Who grabbed them and how they got them should be a subject of an immediate congressional investigation.

29. For the Children and their Children
This isn't just about this election, It is about the next one too. It's about 06 and 08 and 10. This is about our children's Children. If election reform is not completed No one may ever have the right to vote again.

It's so obvious a cause. we need paper trails and real Auditing. I'm doing this for you and your children. I'm doing this for my birth Mother who I haven't scene since I was born. Thats what this is about.

The truth is this. For the last 3 elections if not more the computer ballot boxes have been rigged. Large scale rigged. If this is not obvious to you, your not paying attention. Even if I can't get a fair game this time, I want a fair game next time. Thousands of people around the world are protesting.

the constitution grants All Humans the right to vote. not just the two or three who control the central tabulators. The reason it was not fixed in 04 after 2000 is because no one said anything after 2000. The only way it will ever get fixed by 06 and 08 is if we stand up and say something NOW.

Do the people of this country ever want their right to vote? I'm starting to wonder. So far Crowds are showing up in the 100's at multiple state capitals. I'm going now. I hope all the peace loving people join me there.

I :heart U Human Race. Happy Holidays.

it kinda shows where all those vote pads come from and his 'mandate'

my question is, taking away the fact its really unlikely, illogical and low probability for the moment:
how many precincts are there in the state ...multiply that by lets say average of (6) *extra votes*

how many precincts in OH
...in the US?
I can't find the data at the moment, but maybe someone is more resourceful than myself at this hour

There are about 11,300 precincts in Ohio.
That works out to approximately 67,800 votes if the original post is valid...

oh, that's good. How many nails does that add to the coffin of Bush's reelection?

I wish someone would do this in FL. I am sure the same thing happened here.

12. in 2000 I voted for Nader in CT, knowing that Gore would

6. Local Fraud added to National Fraud.
I am sure the big three makers of Touchscreen/Op Scan did fraud. But that would not stop local SOE in counties from "Helping" Bush. This is a simple one that probably could go undetected in many counties.

Say you were a SOE in a 100,000 voter county. You to add to the count 5,000 Bush votes on election night. And after the election go thru the books, and mark people "absentee" that did not vote on Nov 2 or before.

The counties in question may have not had the time to "correct" the voter roles before ppl started looking at them.

7. Disenfranchisement by Unsolicited Absentee: The 2nd Part of the Puzzle
I've noticed a statistical pattern that suggested some kind of absentee fraud in every state I've looked at. I'm glad that someone finally has direct evidence of it. After reviewing EIRS incident reports, I'm starting to put two and two together. There are A LOT of people (usually first time & minority voters) who were signed up for absentee ballots who never requested them and who never received them. When they get to the polls, they are listed as having requested or already voted by absentee -- thus they are only allowed to vote by provisional ballot. On review, the provisional won't be counted if they are shown to have submitted an absentee ballot. In a state like Ohio, the SoS has even tighter control on the provisionals and can toss them out almost at his discretion. So on one side, it is a way to selectively disenfranchise certain voters and prevent their vote from counting. If they shout about it, who's going to believe them? The opposition will simply say they are the ones who are attempting fraud by voting twice. But this Ohio evidence seems to tie the disenfranchisement to a second type of fraud by possibly adding their disenfranchised absentee votes into the count. From the incident reports, we might well find the same thing in all battleground state. Who has access to these newly registered voter lists and can filter them demographically? The RNC...

10. Yes, affidavits!...informed -->outraged--->activated! If more voters knew
that their story was part of a much larger story, I think many citizens would rise up and join the cause!!

and getting indivs to sign affidavits is a good place to start...
a necessary legal step-- but also a way of encouraging the depressed and resigned!

are the Verified Voting people contacting indivs who have filed complaints? Does anyone know how many of those indivs are aware of this larger project?

Seems a logical place to start "activating the population"-- these folks know first hand that Nov. 2nd was not the "smooth" election MSM would have us believe!!

16. Yes! And remember the fiasco in Broward Co Florida?
They mailed 58,000 absentee ballots out, and many were never received by the voters who had requested an absentee ballot.

There, the appointed county election supervisor said voters who didn't receive their absentee ballot could vote in person.

Still, many probably didn't vote or weren't able to vote.

Wonder how many of those ballots went unvoted by the persons who had requested them.

I'll bet it was a few tens of thousands.

14. By 10? Exactly 10?
C'mon, guys-what more do you want? It's fraud, period.

When we were working the fall campaign season, the coordinated campaign people told us that we had to get "7 extra votes per precinct"-undecided voters- to carry the county.

Looks like it was 10 votes per precinct for the Bush, campaign, eh?

Gandhi said, "First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win."

They are not ignoring us anymore. They are not laughing anymore. They are fighting us. And we're gonna win!

19. Richard Hayes Phillips affidavit
Great argument on Trumbull County! I wonder if the absentee ballot situation was looked at closely during the New Hampshire recount. They seemed to have had their attention focused on locating evidence of black box fraud, while the fraud there may have been hidden elsewhere...

For equally compelling and detailed statistical information on nine other Ohio counties, check out the Richard Hayes Phillips affidavit, posted on his website two days ago:

http://web.northnet.org/minstrel/supreme.htm

I suspect this is one of the affidavits that will accompany the Arnebeck filing on Monday.

21. Has this been on the web long? How did you know about this?
And why is it on a poetry website? Just curious. Thanks.

25. It's been on for two days apparently
A few days ago, while everyone else here was stressing out about the WSJ editorial, I had a very pleasant night reviewing the Phillips material. I slept very soundly afterward. In the end, it'll be the precinct-by-precinct analysis (along with whistleblowers) that'll clinch the fraud argument.

When I saw this post, I immediately went back to the Phillips material to see if he covered Trumbull County in his analyses. He didn't... which means that the evidence of fraud continues to accumulate.

I love that it's on a lyric poetry website, dedicated to rhyme and meter! In poetry circles, this would be considered very conservative. It's not from one of those free-verse liberals, but from a person with an obvious deep respect for tradition.

22. Phillips' Analysis
Richard is stunningly brilliant and a good guy. His analysis is vital and may well drain the red right out of Ohio...

I wish someone would ask you to file an affidavit regarding your analysis of North Carolina. If only there was an Arnebeck ready to take on the fraud you exposed there!

24. That's half the 'loss' margin right there.
And it's not just vague statistics, but documented stolen votes.

28. this is absolutely the right track. Despite all the noise about
electronic voting, I think Ohio had to rely on other and older means to steal the election, such as voting non-shows for Bush and double counting. Messing with the ballots.

30. Is this something that will
come to light during the recount starting in Ohio tomorrow? Or will we have to file a separate action to get to the bottom of this over-vote?
Does anyone know?
