For those who believe Kerry is timid, or unconcerned, not fighting....
If you know the real John Kerry, you know that these
statements cannot be true. For those who even believe that if
Ohio is overturned, he does not deserve it. A veteran in
Florida sent me this, and i believe it explains very well, why
Kerry is doing this his way, and why it really is the best
way. Read this, and tell me you don't agree!

"Thanks for the updates Lauren your helping to keep me
sane, if'n I had to only rely on what I've been reading
lately, I'd either explode with frustration or rage. Lauren
I'd like to see these people who are calling John Kerry timid
and Un-concerned, just what they'd do & how they'd handle
the situation, I really would. Because I know they'd already
have been out and face down in the road, with this ten minute
attention span here in America, if'n it ain't todays news it's
old hat tomorrow. The people would be sick and tired of
hearing the media pound the shit out of John Kerry, that
they'd except any decision just shut up them already. Lauren
unless I'm a total fool or completely ignorant, I believe,
that John Kerry is exhibiting amazing & monumental Courage
in his waiting this out until the evidence is clear &
America starts to see that this was a case of Voting /
Election Fraud. I am also quite confident, that John Kerry
will NOT hesitate until it is too late either. Timid?
Un-Concerned? I'd like to see just where these nay sayers
would be right now, with the same set of conditions under the
same kinda circumstance's, and see if they could still be
standing up under the pressure that John Kerry must surely be
feeling today, from ALL sides. I really don't think any one of
would still be standing, I really don't.

Anyway that's my short note to thanks for the updates, so
Thanks for the Updates, have a good weekend, and if'n you
speak with #$% or *&@, please pass along my best &
holiday greetings.

Thank you,

Marc Killam

1. sorry--but my family is chock
full of lawyers--and several of them were serving on the team that was standing at the ready---waiting to contest this election until Kerry dismissed them and sent them home (the day after the election). More than one of them personally know Kerry too.

All I can say is--don't get your hopes up--you will probably be very depressed later. All Kerry is doing right now is positioning himself for 2008. If you want to support him in 2008--go for it.

However, I will not support him again. He had his chance. He went up against the WORST president in history--a neo-nazi fascist pig--and he lost. I never want to see his face again.

Sorry--but that is just how I feel about it.

8. Support
I heard Dennis Kucinich speak a few days after the election. Aside from being willing to take a "moral high ground" stand on all issues with no "pussyfooting" around (against war, patriot act, omnibudget, latest terror bill)Dennis is an astute politician, who just won his 5th term to congress from Ohio. Someone asked him about the stolen election in Ohio, and he replied that his lawyers were working on it, and they were waiting till the facts were in before taking action, which goes along with Kerry's position. I didn't vote for Kerry in the primaries, but totally grew to respect him and love his wife during the campaign. What is the point of badmouthing him now? Would any of us want to be in his shoes? Could we do better?
Dennis also had faith in the "mythical" Democratic party, and said he was full of "hope and joy" because 10 states put support for his "Department of Peace" as a cabinet position into their state platforms.
He also said that anger had it's place, but it can't get you very far. Perhaps there were too many lawyers, and Kerry kept only as many as were necessary.
What we need now is clear thinking, which is not easy.

2. Thank you KerryReallyWon!
It's great to hear words from someone else who may not visit this board, feeling the same way many of us do here as well! And a veteran no less!

I know at all the Thanksgiving family get togethers I went to, about 75% believed what I told them, while the other 25% were too depressed to broach the subject. (I'm from a big NE liberal Irish family - we had two Thanksgivings) Thanks though for posting :hi:

3. I was pissed at first. But I have to believe this is the case. It makes
sense. How can you stand up and scream fraud if you can't prove it? At the same time, if we can't clearly prove fraud, Kerry will still need to stand up and state clearly just how fucked up this election was.

10. That guy is absolutely right.
Our media attention span is minimal. And NOBODY wanted to go through another FL 2000 again. Just because someone is lying low, doesn't mean he isn't involved.

There's also something to be said for the grass-roots effort of all of this. We're the ones investigating, sharing, contacting media, and trying to make a difference. That's Democracy in action.

Kerry will lead us when he is our leader. But until then, it really is up to us to take the lead.

Fox Tri-Vid News Service

New Bushington-DC, Texas:
As crowds of happy New Moral Americans gathered to celebrate the 1000th anniversary of the Rebirth of America (as it used to be known), Emperor George Bush XVIII was wheeled out to cheering throngs. While the Emperor has been stricken with the familial disorder which plagued his father, his grandfather, his... well, quite a lot of them, actually. Crowds went wild as the Emperor (with the aid of a cleverly concealed wire) raised his hand toward the cheering citibots of the New Moral America.

Meanwhile, in the slums of New York in the walled prison of Liberalia a candle light processon of Kerryans filed past the sarcophagus of John Kerry. Gazing at the smudged crystal holder of the calcined bones of the ancient Democratic leader, one woman sobbed "He WILL contest the takeover! He WILL! Our sacred scripture says so!" She was pushed aside by an old man in rags who moved forward to kiss the worn marble plinth which held the relics. Coughing, he turned away and the line moved forward. On the other side of the prison a gathering of the First Reformed Democratic Church of Kerry sang hymns and watched the skies, awaiting the longed for appearance of their Savior.

A mother hushed a crying child as she lifted her eyes skyward. Two men, who had been seen looking at one another, hastily moved to opposite corners of the crowded room in fear that the cameras had caught them making eye contact. Everyone murmured softly as the men waited to see if the machines would come for them or not.

The old old hymn, the last song of every worship service sounded and people, young and aged, joined the familiar lyrics:

He shall come again, he shall come again!
He shall come again, one da-ay!
Oh, deep in my heart, I still believe
That John will come again, some day!

He will count the vo-otes, he will...

Nobody moved when the Government killbots found the two men and dispatched them with high voltage current. The song continued and the machines rolled out of the church on silent treads.

Back in Texas, a Republican Bishop of the Church of the GOP tenderly dabbed a ribbon of saliva from the slack mouth of the Emperor as the illuminated signs blazed to life for the Bushmas Holiday. "Peace on OUR Earth and Good Will to Those Who Can Afford It."

12. The letter says
"I am also quite confident, that John Kerry
will NOT hesitate until it is too late either."

But even though it is not technically "too late" if someone concedes, it gives the appearance that any later challenge is a "come from behind". This is what happened to Gore - the shrubbits were desperate not to have FL called for Gore because they knew once it was they had lost. Once it was called for bush Gore looked like a "loser" and a "challenger" and not a candidate on equal footing trying to see the true outcome.

And even though it's not technically "too late" once the electors are certified on the 13th, it's all the more damaging to any case we might have even if the votes come up Kerry by a landslide.

And if they are challenged in January, it is before a republican congress a scant few weeks before the inauguration. Even if it's a Kerry landslide, these pukes will not allow him to assume office.

So if there is a method to all of this, laying low to wait for proof, it's a dangerous plan because laying low allows the other guy to assume the mantle of "winner" and that's a lot to overcome.

Yet when all is said and done, I refuse to believe I was wrong about John Kerry's character, his commitment, his strength and determination.

So I'm still hoping . . .
