From Micheal Moore's Website
"Everyday hundreds of emails are sent to the Must Read, and over the past month an increasing number of them have been about election problems in Ohio and elsewhere. Today we will focus only on this chatter. As always, not everything on the internet is true--sometimes very little on the internet is true. Everyday we discover more unknown unknowns--but things will not be necessarily continuous... read on carefully."

Lots of interesting articles in the "Must Read" section today.

1. Minus the non-important articles regarding the DLC's views on him?
Edited on Tue Dec-07-04 08:41 PM by HypnoToad
For example: http://www.alternet.org/election04/20650/

Excerpt: What From, Marshall and the other DLC speakers were doing last week was not just ruminating out loud about the need to shy away from certain demonized liberal icons. They were, instead, announcing their willingness to embrace the other side's tactic – I hate to lean on this overused word, but it is a McCarthyite tactic – of branding certain individuals as traitors and anti-Americans. What they were doing was sending up a trial balloon, to see if anyone noticed this chilling affirmative shift in strategy and tactics.

States with electronic voting machines gave Bush mysterious 5% advantage; bloggers do the math that broadcast networks fail to follow

Is Bush trying to pull a fast one? It's not fooling bloggers over at DemocraticUnderground.com, who have put together some fascinating numbers showing that a mysterious "5% advantage" goes to Bush only in those states using electronic voting machines.

3. LOL LOL LOL ROFTL!

Man, I know they are on our side, but the really badly conpressed video on http://www.progressivechange.org/ is a total goddamn riot. It's like a warmed over Max Headroom. Watch the whole thing. After he's done he just sits there staring at the camera, blinking, occassionally losing eye contact.

They have to change this and I'm sure they will, but check it out while it's still there. It's really unnerving.

(on edit, I just realized this was intentional, and a script. His eyes follow your mouse, check it out... and who is this group anyway...?)
