crucial time now, park is closed

Leadership states the noon crowd count at 3500 - I tend to agree w/that.

About 15 people are committed to spending the night downtown, hopefully at the
park. Negotiations began from about 7pm on. I wish them all luck... The critical time
for arrests I estimate at 11pm to 11:30. If you can get there *now* to video or watch/witness
it would be good (IMHO).
