I saw on the weather channel last Monday that they were predicing snow for Sat. They were wrong on every other stinking day this week and changed their forecast - except for tomorrow.

Why does that have to be the on day they got right?

16. ok - so how about this...

on the 30's of the hour . . .

Du'ers in the vicinity of the side of the Capitol facing Lake Monona & Monona Terrace & MLK Blvd (there's Starbucks on that street corner) - and closer to the Capitol itself, not near the road/sidewalk** - can maybe hang out for a few minutes and make some connections.

I'd say starting at a particular "time" but I'm not sure exactly what time I myself will get there - I'm not a very good "morning person" - so I'll commit to 12:30, but if others want to speak up and claim to be there at earlier times, then go for it.

It's pretty informal, but I guess it's better than nothing. I've spent several Saturdays looking around and wondering - "is that a DU'er?" "I wonder if that person DU's?


**(It's kinda hard to explain if you've never been there. There's the Capitol with a "walkway around it" - then an expanse of lawn, a sidewalk and the road. And it is a "square". So I'm saying not the sidewalk next to the road, but the walkway next to the Capitol itself. If that makes any sense... others with a better way of explaining - or a better idea, please speak up!!)
