CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Former President Bill Clinton will be among the high-profile dignitaries attending memorial services for the late Sen. Robert Byrd Friday morning.

Each dignitary is expected to give short remarks during the formal memorial ceremony, which is scheduled to begin at 11:30 a.m. on the North Plaza of the state Capitol Complex.
