FOR MORE INFORMATION
Dean Willard (206) 272-2332

Former T-Mobile Executive and Sammamish homeowner Dean Willard announced today he will campaign for 5th Legislative District State Representative Position Two. This is the seat currently held by Glenn Anderson.

“Washington State is still only graduating 70% of it’s high school students. As a businessperson, I know we have to do better if our kids are going to truly compete in the global economy. I am ready to take my business experience to Olympia to improve our public schools, balance our budget and bring some business sense to the Capitol,” said Willard.

Dean Willard spent the last few years as a Vice-President at T-Mobile USA based in Bellevue. Currently, Willard provides consulting services related to information technology management and information security to national companies.

“I believe my 20 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience will help me start quickly solving our state’s ongoing budget crisis, ensuring stronger economic development and building a world-class public school system.

Dean Willard is on the board of directors for the Seattle Youth Symphony; a steering committee member for the Treehouse for Kids Golf Tournament; and a steering committee member for the Washington Community For Self-Help Gala.

Dean Willard currently lives with his wife, Dorothy and their two pugs on the Sammamish Plateau near Pine Lake.
