13. Bexar County, as well.
Voted at a new, relatively unknown voting site and there was no line.

2. Welcome to the club
I did to.
It's was great.
I can't remember the last time I had so much fun.
It's the smart thing to do. Every one should try and make an effort to vote early.
But next time. Try to bring about ten other people with you.
It's more fun that way.
We will for ever be beholden to you for your efforts.
Thank you Mrs. Brady

Since I haven't been around DU long enough to post a thread, I figured I'd just hitch a ride here...

Voted early today (Tues) in Lufkin. No problems - arrived 10:00am done by 10:15am - maybe 20-30 folks ahead of me. Everyone was in a good mood and everything seemed to be going well. They had 20 e-machines and 5 paper ballot stands - didn't see anyone using paper ballots. Gave me a little sticker that sez,"My Vote Counted!" I just hope they count my vote!

FYI... from Monday's LDN

5. Good on y'all, but I'm voting with a paper ballot on November 4
I'm also serving as an election judge, so please keep me in your thoughts, prayers, meditations, etc. - it's gonna be a long day.

6. Me too, I want to use PAPER
I've always voted on Election Day. Somehow voting early just doesn't seem right, for me anyway. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad they give voters the choice.

Good Luck Derby. I will be working on Election Day as well, as a first time Precinct Chair, and Alternate Judge.

12. I voted in Jack County
during my lunch break. Usually I am the only one there voting, but this time all machines were taken and I was second in line waiting for a machine. They had four set up.

16. I rocked Harris County!
The County bought an old supermarket on Wirt Road (west side N of I-10) and used it for early voting.

The parking lot has been packed every time I drive by there.
