Anybody going to Camp Casey this Sunday?
I was thinking about it if I could hitch a ride with someone. Anybody headed up?

2. It would be good to see you but we would not be good carpool buddies
since I would be coming up from the opposite direction in Austin.

5. Wish I could go but I'm swamped
I went over to the Crawford Peace House forums because they had a ride share exchange thread there earlier this year, but it hasn't been active for a while. Sometimes local groups like Code Pink arrange for vans but I haven't seen any word of it so far. I talked with Debbie Russell today and she says she didn't know of any official van transport. The only people she knows were going for sure are people going to set up and they leave Thursday or Friday and won't be coming back Sunday either.

Good luck, hope you get to make it there.

9. I'm in south Austin but North is easy for me to get to.
I have a vehicle but i'd rather carpool if i can and share the gas costs. camping hhmm.. I'll have to think about that and see if i both get free that early and find my gear.. Keep me posted!

13. Brazil sounds like fun
Plus the temperature is only 73 degrees there right now. You're escaping the heat, you lucky, lucky person. I have friends that are from Brazil and I've always wanted to go visit their country when they go. It's better to have a Brazilian show you their country. Have fun!

By leaving do you mean permanently or is this a vacation?
