Final Drinking Liberally-Houston for 2005 is this Thursday

I have a Christmas gift -- it's one of these Drinking Liberally small pinbacks -- for the first twenty people to show.

I'm going to a lecture thing at Rice University at 6 p.m. Obviously, that is just around the corner. I'm not exactly sure when the Rice thing ends. I'd like to do both!

6. So, how was it?

I tried to find a parking space at around 8 p.m. It was crazy. There was some sort of special holiday thing going on in the Village, apparently, and the parking situation was not fun. I finally just drove home.
