1. Thanks for posting. I received an e-mail about the DFT
convention and I'm planning to try to be there! It will be interesting to see Feingold. Aren't Kurita and Ford supposed to be in a candidate forum there, also?

2. Russ Feingold is going to be there?
Kick ass! I wish I could go. Dunno what I'd be doing. I would love to see him and Kurita.

3. Ford and Kurita
Yep! They are supposed to speak during the day when you pay $25 for the DFT conference. That includes Jim Dean (Howard's bro). The evening event is at the Belcourt and is an additional $30. Still not as expensive as Jackson Days $150.

4. Could you recommend a nearby hotel?
I'll have to make arrangements pretty soon I would think.

The Jackson Day Dinner would have cost $750 for my family and we decided it just wasn't gonna happen. Hubby's out of town 'til Sun. and before he left we were trying to determine if we were all going to go to Nashville for a couple of days or whether I would go alone. I'd like to be in a hotel so that I can walk everywhere that I need to be.

Appreciate any help.

How long is it? Just a day or a couple days or what?
