Suggestions for a Massachusetts liberal visiting Sioux Falls, SD?

My employer is sending me on a business trip to a customer sites in Sioux Falls, SD at the end of this month. I'll be there for a week, and will probably be done with work by around 4:00 PM each day. (I'll be doing software/computer stuff for a financial services co. with a facility out there) I'm looking for suggestions about places to go, things to do while I'm out there. I've never been to this part of the country before. When they went looking for someone to take this assignment, I volunteered because I could really use a change of scenery right now.

1. Great restaurants!

SFSD has some phenomenal restaurants. Practically every type of ethnic cuisine you'd want. So if you're a foodie, you'll feel right at home.

And lots of bars and clubs. Smoking is still permitted, however. :(

(I don't live there -- in fact, I'm an East Coaster like you. But I'll be moving there soon.)
