Santorum calls the challenge of the Ohio Electoral Vote "a travesty."
HE's the TRAVESTY.

http://www.nytimes.com/2005/01/07/politics/07elect.html

Says we are not over the 2000 election let alone 2004.

DAMN STRAIGHT, RICK.

And we're not over YOUR election yet either, so look out in 2006.

2. Santorum is a cocky, cynical, manipulative little --
-- worm. He takes checks from big right-wing donors and keeps the pump primed by turning one group of Americans against another. He seems to not have matured emotionally after maybe about 8th grade.

I hope Pennsylvania will turn Santorum out of office in '06. He certainly isn't adding anything to democracy.

4. I think Mr. Man-on-Dog will have a real fight on his hands here.
His local paper has hit the cyberschool issue hard, and over in this corner of the state he is reviled. This at least gives me something to look forward to--working for whoever the Dems put up against him in '06. Slimy bastard. He makes my skin crawl.

5. I don't blame you one bit -- crawling skin for me --
-- every time the man talks.

What you said about a strong challenge sounds more encouraging to me than anything I've heard so far on the senate races in '06.

Keep up the good work.

14. You think Pittsburgh.....
Hates Santorum as much as Southeast Pennsylvania does? If so, he's toast in 2006! I think he won't get the margins he did in the Philly suburbs and didn't win one SE suburban county in 2000. I think he will lose Montgomery, Bucks, and Delaware this time around plus the energized turnout from this past election = SANTORUM DOOM!!

16. Our hates bigger than your hate, na na na na na na...
Seriously, he STOLE from a Pittsburgh suburb (Penn Hills) in this recent cyberschool scandal. Penn Hills is a very large school district that needs all the money it can get. Thanks to the Post Gazette for reporting it and providing follow up stories.

18. I hope so.
I can't stand that stupid smirk. I called him an asshole as he was processing out of St. Joe's in 2003 at my brother's graduation. Of course, he gave the stupid smirk he always does.

19. And don't forget
The Post-Gazette made a big deal when he accused the union leaders of causing the demise of USAir. I think this is still enough of a union town that people won't soon forget that.

12. sad, but true
He seems to not have matured emotionally after maybe about 8th grade.

That's the common denominator with a lot of republicans. Think Richard Mellon Scaife, for example.

They are very limited people.

17. Hi, Cher.
Your posts are always really right-on.

Scaife is a great example of that, yes.

Good wishes to you.

8. Yeah, to a Reslug counting all the votes is a "travesty"..........
Making sure White suburbian voters have more voting machines than they can ever use, making sure minority voters have way too few and have to wait hours to vote.........that's just the way the cookie crumbles.
I hope that tasteless, spoiled cookie crumbles in 06', I've had enough of this asshole already. I hope the people of Pennsylvania feel the same.

13. So do you think ...
So do you think Hayworth, Delay, and Santorum will speak out against the travesty of the challenge in Washington by the GOP?

Oh yeah, that's what I thought. Hypocrites.

The second that there was the slightest chance of election fraud in Ukraine, we're over there in a second demanding a recount but they won't even give the chance of election fraud in the US another look.
