3. Edwards will be here on Sunday.
WTAJ, WJAC both covered *'s visit from beginning to end last week. And now Edwards is coming on SUNDAY.

Hmmm, I wonder if they will pre-empt all the football games, and sporting events to cover it?

4. More INFO
http://www.wjactv.com/news/3733999/detail.html

Less than a week after President Bush paid a visit to Johnstown, his Democratic opponents are planning a campaign stop of their own. The Kerry-Edwards campaign announced today that Senator John Edwards will visit Johnstown this Sunday. Neither side can afford to lose any ground in the Pennsylvania. That's why the North Carolina Senator and Democratic candidate for Vice President is coming. Edwards will visit Sunday at the Cambria County War Memorial, the same location for President Bush's rally. If you want to come this weekend the doors open at 5pm, but you'll need a ticket to get in. Those tickets are free and are available starting at 4pm Tthursday at the Kerry-Edwards campaign headquarters at 430 Main Street. Campaign officials tell us other ticket distribution sites are in the works, and they might even provide tickets over the internet. But those plans are still in the works.

6. I got a phone call
this afternoon. It was a recorded message from Franco Harris inviting people to come to Johnstown to see the next Vice President. You can get tickets at johnkerry.com/johnstown. There was a phone number too, but I didn't have anything handy to write it with.

8. I was there
It was a good rally... Talk with this guy and his wife in there mid 80's ... he said 'i don't expect to be here in 4 years but i will craw to help elect Kerry'. Great guy, really had some stories of all the things we Dems defend on how they have been won piece by piece over the years... He also said 'If my wife would let me, I'd donate all the money we give to the church to the Dem Party.'

I couldn't have asked for a better 1 1/2 wait to get inside...:)
