In addition to the already existant rules:

The new rules include:
-not using tasers on a suspect who has been handcuffed
-no one will be tasered more than four times.
-police cannot use tasers on juveniles, the elderly, or pregnant women.
-and anyone who is tasered will be looked at by medical personnel.


This is a start in the right direction.

1. It is still a little on the short side...

after the fourth shock they will take you to the nearest hospital to be seen by an ER physician so you can be pronounced dead on arrival.
