Wall Street Journal - Zogby numbers up

The latest Wall Street Journal-Zogby Interactive poll in Ohio shows the state’s top Democratic candidates are leading their Republican rivals.

Democratic gubernatorial candidate Ted Strickland leads Republican Ken Blackwell, 50 percent to 41 percent, according the poll, conducted online between Aug. 15 – 21. The poll has a margin of error of 3.0 percent.

Strickland, who gained slightly more ground on Blackwell compared to earlier WSJ-Zogby polls, has consistently led him in all the major polls.

The WSJ-Zogby poll also showed that in the race for the U.S. Senate, Democrat Sherrod Brown leads incumbent Republican Mike DeWine, 47 percent to 39 percent. Brown has held a slight lead in recent polls.

1. DeWine might lose? Brown up by 8 points? Sweet mother of god!
My son worked for the Senate Majority project this summer. His job was to monitor the Senate, record everything, transcribe important stuff. McWine was the Senator he hated the worst. Said he was a partisan hack. He'll be delighted to hear he might be on his way out.

Is it possible that we could take BOTH houses?

3. I'd be DELIGHTED to give Joe a chair, I'd make it solid gold if we
took back the house and the senate. Just think, a Congress that looks out for the people's business for a change!!!!!

Visualize impeachment.
