1. Bring it!
I hope we get 3 or 4 inches like they are threatening. We haven't had a good snow this year. It would be fun to stay in celebrating the Inauguration tomorrow.

That reminds me, I better stock up on beer!

2. I hope it doesn't mess up
all the inauguration parties tomorrow. That's the only thing.

I'm by myself and I really wanna be with others tomorrow.

5. DRIVE CAREFULLY, central Carolina folks! It rained before it snowed here.
So under that lovely white layer outside there may be a layer of ice, especially on bridges/overpasses

And the flakes coming down right now are small -- so we probably won't have an immediate melt

9. Sorry I missed it!

They didn't plow my street until 12:30, which is typical.

Sorry I made you waste a seat saving.

But it would have been much more fun to be with you and other DUers. Did they have a big turnout? .\

12. I didn't see any DUers I knew. Talked briefly to a couple of other
acquaintances. The place was packed, and it was clear from crowd reactions that lots of us are on the same wavelength
