Bloomberg is phoning Democrats?
Oh, that's nice. I just got a real voice call from his campaign. Amazing what you can do if you have more money than God and it's MONTHS before the election. And I thought things would quiet down now that the primary is over.

Since the Dems are agreeably running a nonentity against him, I guess Bloomberg gets to be Mayor For Life.

Maybe he'll irritate the rest of the electorate as much as he's irritating me. IT'S SEPTEMBER AND HE'S GOT PHONE BANKS????

1. What gets me is the complacency of the general public.
Or at least large portions of it. Do they not see the danger here?

Government is supposed to regulate and provide a check-and-balance against the power of private capital.

You know... to "promote the general welfare"?
