What's the scoop on the Spano race please?

Would someone who knows WTF went on please comment on this post from another thread on DU? Were the discrepancies found in the normal canvassing, or was this something that the Dem candidate had to demand? Is it true that the initial reported tallies had all erred in favor of Spano? Were the seals broken too? See blow:

This is not random error. Can't be. I DON'T KNOW WHY MORE ATTENTION ISN'T PAID TO THIS BECAUSE THIS SHOWS THAT THE MACHINES OR REPORTING OF VOTE TALLIES IS FALLIBLE!! Something is wrong!

And if something in one part of the system has been tampered with, the entire system comes under suspicion.

Where's the press? Where's the FBI? Where are the dems in NY? This should be a major story!
