New Hampshire Democratic Party
Anybody have ANY idea what's going on with the party at the moment? I live in Wilton, and our party is moribund since the election, likely to be that way for quite a while, methinks. I want to be involved, and GrannyD is probably going to walk to the moon or something, so I could do that, but what do you guys think?

1. As far as I know everyone is pretty much catching their breath
And looking forward to getting Lynch in office. I know the party coordinator for Rockingham County and he says things are gonna be low-key until then. However, I did see in the paper today they are requesting that the Executive Council put on hold any of Benson's nominees. THAT could be an interesting fight.

2. That sounds like fun
I understand the need to catch our breath, but I also see a need to keep pushing, and not let up an inch. But I suppose the time to take a deep breath is now, before the fight for '06 starts.

3. You should be guarding the ballots that Americans are recounting...
through Nader. Haven't you heard?

4. It's a great time
to get involved with progressive groups who will tweak the state party. PM me if you need some suggestions.
