President George W. Bush will appear at the "Minnesota Victory Rally" this Saturday, October 30 at Target Center. President Bush appeared most recently at Target Center in 2002 when he campaigned in support of Norm Coleman’s bid for a United States Senate seat.

3. My daughter and I were there from about 2:15...

until 3:45. Not too many of "us" left and what seemed like thousands of Chimpy supporters streaming out of the target center. We were across the street from most of the Kerry supporters and really heard a lot of obnoxious comments from the hyped-up Bush "morans." I truly felt like I was in the heart of the beast, and was very proud of how strong my daughter was in the face of "adults" doing things like shouting and blowing cigarette smoke in her little 12 year-old face. (Of course, she looked pretty scary with that Support Stem Cell Research sign! :eyes: )
