1. Try Cheapo Records on Snelling Ave. in St. Paul.

I don't know if they have the most, but they do have a lot of them -- a good selection of obscure stuff and used CDs.

4. Depends on what kind of CDs
for contemporary pop and rock, Electric Fetus.

For classical, folk, and other such genres, Cheapo on Lake Street.

For the interest-bearing ones, your nearest bank. :-)

i normally just buy incense though, so it doesn't matter.

6. I like the Cheapo on Central Avenue in Fridley....
I manage to find pretty obscure stuff in the used bins and there is a section devoted to Radio K picks.

I wouldn't say that they have the most CD's, though.
